1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Personalised or custom-made products may have limited eligibility for returns/exchanges due to their unique nature.
  • Returns/exchanges are typically not accepted for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or personalised with incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Timeframe for Initiating Returns and Exchanges:

  • Customers must initiate a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Any tags, labels, or protective materials must remain intact.

4. Personalised and Custom-Made Products:

  • Personalised items can typically only be returned or exchanged if there is an error in the personalisation that was not approved by the customer.

5. Return Shipping:

  • If a return is authorised due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Prepaid orders take between 2-4 business days while COD orders take 5-7 business days to arrive at the destination.
